Refund policy
Pre-Dispatch Cancellation: If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, you will receive a 100% Refund.
Post-Dispatch Cancellation: If an order is cancelled after it has been dispatched, the refund will be processed after deducting two-way shipping charges.
Undelivered Orders (RTO): If delivery fails after 3 attempts and the package is returned to us, we will process a refund after deducting two-way shipping charges.
Out of Stock: If we are unable to provide a replacement for a defective item, a Full Refund will be processed to your original payment mode.
